Hazelwood Baptist Church is partnering with Angel Food Ministries to launch a monthly food distribution ministry to anyone and everyone in our congregation and community. For $30 anyone (no matter what your income) can receive a box of high quality food containing both fresh and frozen items which are valued about $72.00.
Orders will be taken at the church from 5:30pm-6:30pm every Wednesday night. You must order in person and pay with cash or food stamps. A sign will be displayed outside so you will know where to go within the church to place your order.
